Sales person on duty today definitely has no passion and interest to make any sales or provide adequate customer service. I won't say she is rude or anything, but from a customer perspective she obviously needs more training or she is just not suitable for the sales role.

I had a great experience with the Aje Athletica team in Chatswood. I saw a dress I liked in the Westfield Sydney City store and the girl there helped me have it delivered to me from Chatswood. Darina from Chatswood called me right away and processed the order for me in one minute and had a great follow-up with me. Less than 48 h later the dress was delivered at my home, just on my birthday to make it even more special!Thank you!

This boutique is now run by a bunch of mean girls. Nearly a year ago under Yasmin and a casual fair blonde colleague the service was always consistent, and warm rather than treated as a 'transaction'. Now you enter to be ignored, glared at as if you aren't welcome or no one is on the floor in general. I've also witnessed gossiping about fellow colleagues and customers while they're in the fitting rooms. I work in Myer witnessing this toxic staff change with little-no lasting management. Another retail business gone awry unfortunately, I've taken my business elsewhere...

A J Athletica was my favourite shop in Chatswood Westfield. I really liked their design and always did heaps of shopping at their store. I really wanted to support their brand. Couple of weeks ago I made a purchase of over $800 and a pair of pants. When I tried the pants at home, I realised its a size too big. I Went back to the shop to exchange or get store credit but I was told that their exchange policy is only for 2 weeks! This is so odd. I explained that I was away and couldn’t come earlier. The shop assistant took my details and promised that the store manager will contact me as soon as possible. The store manager never even bothered to call me. Very poor customer service. I am very disappointed and I will never go back to their store.
