We called into here as we have been considering the purchase of a Gas Log Fireplace, for our new House Build. Glendale Warehouse initially was another research store for us looking for information and pricing on Fireplaces. We had been to other stores recently, where service was below average. We met Sales Consultant Jess who proved to have a wealth of knowledge on Fireplaces. Jess showed genuine interest in what we were looking for and patiently answered all our questions. She went through the various options available and demonstrated the operation of fireplaces we were considering. We felt no pressure to purchase. We value good service, and a fair price for a quality item, which gave hubby and I the confidence to make the purchase of a 1100mm Real Flame Fireplace. Jess was able to give us the option of flexible delivery and install timed to our building completion. Highly recommend this store and Consultant for excellent product, service and price.

Walked in looking for a replacement baffle for a wood heater that came with a house I only just moved into, they had it right there on the shelf and gave me some really helpful advice while I was there. Left with a new baffle and some new door seal rope, now the fire's running great!
