I did not say anything about this business, but due to their response it sounds like they are guilty of something. I rated them only 1 star due to a very overpriced quote they gave me and yes that was Melton locksmiths!

Really happy with the service i received from Melton Locksmiths. They were very helpful when I called requesting a quote for my broken lock. The locksmith, Tom, was very knowlegable, efficient and on time.I highly recommend Melton Locksmiths and wouldn't use anyone else.

Although they themselves weren't able to resolve the issue they were incredibly helpful with providing the required resolution and very knowledgeable of the process for obtaining restricted keys.

Needed someone ASAP to fit new locks and repair existing an existing one for a friend who had tried several locksmiths that did not get back to her or did not show up. They had the job completed for her promptly. Called when they were on their way so that she did not have to spend hours waiting at home or take time off work. Great service and advice at very competitive price. Will use this service and recommend to others.

Would highly recommend Melton LocksmithsAfter getting several house keys cut elsewhere and them not working we would highly recommend Melbourne Locksmiths for their professional & helpful service . We now have house keys that fit the lock, many thanks
