CLO Lawyers recently instructed Barry Phillips of Optimax Consulting to locate and serve Court documents on two defendants. We had a work address for one defendant, but no contact details for the second defendant.Barry was able to locate and serve the first defendant despite the fact that the address we provided was incorrect. He was able to engage with that person and obtain sufficient cooperation from him to facilitate the location and service of the other defendant.In addition to achieving the desired result for our firm, Barry carried out the required work professionally and efficiently.
