Wow. We had been stuffed around for months in Qld with my one year old Ford Everest, and due ultimately to a breakdown today, we met Kelvin, Service Manager at Bayford Ford, Bundoora. He obviously knows his stuff and actually cared about our situation. Our vehicle had to be towed there due to errors relating to Ad Blue issues. Vehicle was promptly repaired, and by mid-afternoon we were on our way, paperwork in hand. Based on today's experience, I cannot recommend Bayford Ford Bundoora Service department highly enough. My problem now is working out how to get my vehicle, in the future, from where I live on the Sunshine Coast in Queensland, to Bayford Ford for its routine servicing.
