I had a great experience with Lavanda image. I found them via Facebook when I was planning my pre-wedding photoshoot. Laurie was answering my messages from the very beginning. After that we got over a call to finalize the location/date and time. Laurie was very open to my location suggestions/ideas. We planned this shoot three weeks prior and realized that its raining on the planned day. I didn't have any other options, but to proceed considering our busy schedule. The team was very open, we reached there on time. But that was one of the record raining days in Sydney. I booked Laurie and team just for an hour, but the level of patience they had with us was commendably awesome! You won't believe, the team waited for 3 hours to get this done for us. I would never imagine, if any other professional photographers would do that here in this city. They were really quick and helpful throughout the session. Also, very prompt in getting back to us with the images. The pictures were fabulous! This words would be not enough to thank Laurie and his team for the efforts they made. We had such a wonderful post-wedding photoshoot experience with Lavanda Image. My son got married overseas last year, but due to COVID, my family couldn't be there in person. Carol was very kind and patient in recommending different wedding dresses and evening gowns. She is also an excellent makeup artist. Laurie is very professional in his photography and editing skills. Carol and Laurie are very honest and were very clear with their communication throughout the whole process.
