Victory Curtains and Blinds

We have had terrible service and delays from Victory blinds our initial service in the Geelong store was great. After Two seperate measure checks the first installation of blinds were the wrong size, it is now mid January and our blinds were meant to be installed and finished in November! On the second instalment still only half hanging blinds as wrong parts and incorrect size again!We have a brand new baby and have had some 40 degree days and have not been able to keep the heat out!! I was informed I would be called first thing Monday with a eta on blinds we waited until Tuesday afternoon and still no call when we called to find out why we had not be contacted as promised on the phone we were told by management he had the day off great job john!! We were also asked by installers to turn on the air con on their first day of instalment, perhaps it would not be so hot if our blinds were installed when they were meant to be! I have had to make sure I am available each time to have blinds fitted and then something is always wrong and no one takes any blame the excuses each time- we are just the installers-it takes 3 weeks from the manufacturer to get new blinds-The manufacturer is closedOur high end property has sheets hanging from the ceiling which is not what I expect for 12,000 in blinds! For our further builds we will be giving brax our business!If I was contacted Monday I said I would not write the review and I am a big believer in don't promise something you can't deliver! Still no blinds and apparently getting installed on Thursday another day I have to be home perhaps they can finish their job this time!

Absolutely the worst experience of my life! The only positive was who did the in home consultation. Was only told on the morning of installation from the installer that only blinds were getting installed and not the curtains on the same day when I took a day off work. One of the sheers had a hole in it, has taken over 2 1/2 months to get it fixed and reinstalled with numerous emails and phone calls not replied to from customer service. The list goes on, this is only tip of the ice berg. I'd rather live in a house that doesn't have blinds or curtains than use these mupetts!!

The worse customer service every...no one answers the phones and when they do its has a poor person taking messages been waiting 2 months for someone to contact me for installation

Worst customer service absolutely disgusting, been waiting since February for a faulty shutter to be fixed. Never return calls or respond to emails. Loved their shutters daughter was going to have a full house done by them but not anymore costly for them.
