The team installed my vertical Garden yesterday and could not be happier. This has been a joy from start to finish; getting a quote and support on what would suit our balcony and getting the right sort of plants and the right system for us was easy.The team who installed it were amazing, professional, knowledgeable and super friendly, and the watering system is perfect.Ben went the extra mile by helping me put up an additional plant on the adjourning wall... I used virid to do a bit of a refresh on my backyard. While the initial interaction was positive, the second has been absolutely shocking.We waited around 10 months to get the second set of plants in and one was dead within 3 days. This installation needed an irrigation system which was paid for in advance and despite the plants being installedin January, we are still waiting for the irrigation to be set up 6 months later.Calls and texts are completely ignored or are met with the reply of sorry

This place is a plant lover's dream come true! The monstera plants are incredibly cheap and healthy, grown right in their local greenhouse. The team here is always available and super helpful with any plant questions you may have. It's a sweet and affordable haven for all green enthusiasts. Highly recommend!

Our experience with the team at VIRID has been wonderful from day 1. They helped us come up with what we needed for the side of our house as well as a veg/herb garden in our courtyard. The end result is more then we could have hoped for. So lovely to look out of our windows and see the beautiful plants that were chosen.Loving the herb and veg garden too. We didn't have too much space in our courtyard so I love that i can race outside and grab what I need as I'm cooking.John and Hugh have both been a pleasure to work worth as have the rest of the VITID team. No hesitation in recommending VIRID for anyone looking to invest in vertical gardens!

Thank you, everyone, still shocked when I arrive home to see that wall of green on my balcony. Magnificent selection of plants, brilliant design, impressive project management. Who knew that cypress would prove to be such a glorious timber? I certainly didn't. John, Ian, thanks for your industry and installing my new garden wall. And thanks, John, for taking the time to suggest and design a feature which now needs only a stool or two to complete it: my new outdoor spot for quaffing wine in the evenings. Any photographs I take with my little phone won't do it justice. Best seen IRL....

10/10 plant store! My work has used this place a couple times now and each and every time they’ve been so helpful and friendly even going as far to give us a bulk discount and a free fertiliser. Pretty affordable stand alone plants that are well taken care of and are cheaper than the plants at Bunnings or other boutique type of plant stores. Huge variety of herbs at good prices and all the typical indoor plants. Would definitely check them out even if you don’t need a vertical plant wall.

The garden is beautiful. But the service is HORRIFIC. They installed the tank in the wrong location, and promised to fix it. I have now been calling every month for TWO YEARS to get this fixed. Not once have the owners or the team called me back despite promising to every single time. Seriously unbelievable. No choice but to look into consumer protection agencies at this point.Don’t go here unless you want to waste your time calling them and being flat out ignored anytime you have a problem.
