This is my 2nd year using Peter @ Tax Today to do my taxes. Last year, I went in & did them at the office & Peter made it a comfortable experience, so hence back again this year & had them done via phone.This has been an awesome way for me to do it this year, the process was easy as a phone call to arrange a time suited too me.I love that there was the option to do it via phone due to my busy schedule, the ease in which to arrange it & the process.If you don't understand something Peter will explain it in terms you understand.Till next year!!

I had a 5.15pm app and was made to wait until 6.30pm (i know it's peak time but still - inform people that there will be a long wait or don't give precise times) only to be given less money back than what i could of got doing it myself. Then the extra kick in the guts of originally getting told on the phone it will cost me around $130 for my standard return to then get charged $200 for 10 mins of work and wasting an hour and a half of my time. Will not be going back here - what a waste of time and money.

Worst place to ask for your tax refund.Ben rolton the agent dont know anything about ATO.The hole business is terrible. Dont waste time and money.

Had a bit of an issue with my tax refund for 2020-2021 and 2021-2022. Huge thanks to Peter for his compassion and understanding when things don’t go to plan.Will be going back next year that’s for sure
