Fresh prawns and snapper fillets at a good price, octopus is fresh and affordable

Turned up at 7pm as you had stated you were open until 9pm on Google, only to find out you were not open at all. Judging by other reviews on here, you guys really need to do better.

i have bought seafood their for many years,sometimes its fresh and good and sometimes old and no good. i recently bought prawns,flathead ,salmon, and garfish,the garfish fillets were $40 a kilo, so i bought some garfish ,was not fresh,was frozen but was not worth eating ,very disapointed that they could actually sell such bad seafood.i usually ask to smell everything and only buy what is fresh,but there was people waiting so i trusted them,never again,i would check everything you buy.the salmon was fresh.what they need is some competion,if another seafood shop opened and was professional they would get most of the bussiness.its the only seafood shop,so they dont care.its unbelievable the amount of fantastic seafood their is in australia ,where is it ??

So rude staff, no customer care at all. Manager or the in charge were super rude. Never go to that place again. There were 5 staff inside but they couldn't serve at least two customers waiting to buy fish. We will find another fish shop next time. They think that they can do what they want to customers because there are no fish shops nearby. Disgrace to the whole shopping center.

Arrived around 4.30pm to find 5 or 6 salmon portions left that were absolutely monstrous. They were huge, no one would eat a piece of salmon that big. Probably a $$$ in the till strategy when you’re charged per kilo. When I asked if they had any smaller pieces they replied “no we don’t”, so I asked if they could cut them in half for me and got “no sorry, we can’t”. Pretty poor service. Im not paying for more than what I need so I left empty handed and won’t return. It’s also worth noting that even thought they trade until 5.30pm they start packing up at 4.30pm, so if you get there at 5pm don’t expect to see any fish and view what you’re buying.

Boy dont go and tell them the fish was like rubber....they will blame you for not cooking it right. Then say no one else complained.Bad bad customer service...will not shop there again.

I bought oysters from here and they tasted off and not fresh. I usually buy salmon portion from them, the salmons are good, but the staff always cranky when I want to choose the ones I like. Their customer service is pretty lacking. No smile, hi or thank you. Once I witnessed the older lady staff cursing in chinese to an old lady customer because she asked for a smaller fish.

Good range at decent prices. The rainbow fillets were yummy.

The staff are very patience no matter how many times you change your mind of your choice. The best seafoods in this area, it's fresh everyday compare to other places I have been like Lilydale and Ringwood.
