MME was so lovely from the start! Diane made me feel so comfortable in my initial interview when determining if suitable for the role and then preparing for second round of interviews with the company. She provided so much support when they offered me a contract and how to handle the acceptance, and met me on site when I started to ensure I was settled in. Her friendly demeanour also made it so much easier to communicate and feel comfortable in my interviews and I am so grateful I was assigned to her during this process.

To be honest I have so many words to say and don’t know where to start. Dianne and her team have been the best instrument for me to get back into my accounting profession. They believed in me, they encouraged me so much in my journey, they have an open ears to listen in every word that I say. I have never ever- ever imagined how supportive these people are especially Dianne!!! I have been telling my mates how great Dianne is. She got a heart of gold. From the first time I contacted MME and spoke to Lorainne, through to meeting with Lesley in person I have found all staff to be so welcoming and helpful. I felt like they really took the time to get to know me as an individual and knew exactly what I was after in a new role.
