Love horses so this place the 'where to go ' they carry a wide range they don't always carry the sale items but i believe we can request they get them apparently they are franchises i didn't know that so the owners can chose according to their clients needs

I went in to pick out a safety vest and found one I liked (the most expensive one of course!). The lady in the shop helped me with the fittings of numerous vests and then fitted it on the saddle to see if there was clearance at the rear. There wasnt. She then searched on the computer and established they had the shorted sized vest in stock at Launceston and suggested I contact them. I am very appreciative of her commitment to getting the right fitting vest for me even though it meant the sale was directed to another shop. I hope this can still go towards her customer service figures if head office calculates such things.

Buy from here all the time. Friendly staff and a good not great range. Can be a little pricey but sale times are the best times to shop here.

Great staff but not a lot of variety for riders (thinking colours of polos, sizes and colours in joddies) or any of the weatherbeeta gear for dogs other than some rugs.
