Nice large shop with a great variety of electrical goods, clothing, household items, computer needs and more.Good parking and close to Woolworths supermarket, and other main street shops.

Customer service is outstanding. We went to buy a microwave and there were none left on the shelf. We asked an assistant who checked for stock and got one out of the store. He even carried it to the checkout for us.

Big W have made using the Premiers Back to School Vouchers a marketing exercise by making you download their app, scan products and then try to use click and collect, while making sure you have to add your details. This is just not acceptable. I purchased shoes for my kids at an independent shoe shop yesterday with absolutely no issues. They just scanned and used the voucher. Not at Big W. To top things off, not all backpacks they have are eligible for the voucher, and then when we tried to enter the voucher details - Big W's app would not accept it. Poor form from a large company. If I could give zero stars - I would.

Fairly good range of products but the yarn section changes with the seasons; more yarn and more varieties available in winter than the rest of the year. Whoever does the ordering doesn't seem to realise that those of us who use the yarn, do so all year round

About 10-12 minutes walking distance from Katoomba station. Excellent collection of clothing items especially winter wear. Reasonable prices and some very cheap. The staff are friendly. They have a vast section of clothing and accessories separate for men women and kids. Assisted and automatic check out options available.

Store is ok but short rude old man named Dave with grey hair and ugly face thinks he owns the place. Low stock on many items.

I love big W, good prices, good location and friendly staff, but I wouldn't recommend this item as the pink and the black ends split overtime.
