Bared Footwear Armadale

This company is amazing. I am obsessed. I have about 10 shoes now. Not only are there shoes gorgeous, there customer service is next level. They send you shoes to try and if not right for you they give you the option to return them at no cost. The last shoes I brought weren't right for me. So I asked them to send out a different style which was much better fit for me. So I just swapped the shoes over. Took one day for them to be sent back and they refunded the difference right away. Highly recommend this place, you won't be sorry ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

So impressed with this Armadale store: the staff are there if you need them and they are not ‘pushy.’ They also informed me I was entitled to a 10 per cent discount - for my sheepskin-lined ‘ugg’ type boots which have arch support - if my Physio or podiatrist was on their list! Fortunately, my Physio is! Confess they are more than I usually pay for my ‘home slippers’ but they are heaven to wear’

I’m sorry to say that on this occasion, I was really disappointed in the sales assistant that served me. I went with my sister, who had a lovely assistant look after her. I said I was a size 40 and I ended up being a 39. So the assistant had to go and get 3 pr of size 39. From that point, I felt she was abrasive. I was wanting to buy 2 pr of shoes , so I asked to try a runner. I was told out of all the runners the only one that would fit me was one style. I tried it on and it was quite stiff. Assistant asked if it was too tight, I said my toe is touching the end, she abruptly asked again, is it too tight!!!!? I replied , it is a bit stiffer than I like. It will stretch she said. I said I have worked in shoes for 18 years, and I know not to buy shoes hoping they will stretch. EACH TO THEIR OWN! She replied. By this time, I was almost at the point of telling her, I don’t like your attitude.I was polite , I used my manners at all times, and when I walked out, I felt so disappointed that I had that experience. Usually , the service has been outstanding, and I have told many people this. So, I was left with nothing else to try on, and to be honest, I did not feel comfortable to even ask for another shoe to try.I could not see the assistants name on my receipt , but she was approx 25 yrs, had worked there for 5 months, and was covering lunch breaks . She had dark hair and wore a thick black headband. I have worked in sales for 20 years, and have been a high end Mystery shopper, and this girl did not perform to the standard that I am usually accustomed to in this store. You’re paying a decent price for the shoes, and you certainly should be treated with a bit more courtesy and respect.

Amazing shoes and even more amazing customer service! I live in NZ and had multiple pairs of shoes sent over due to my first pair not being the right fit. Their online chat was fast and efficient. Will definitely be buying more shoes!

The customer service at Bared is unmatched. I have never encountered a more helpful team of people who really go above and beyond to ensure consumer satisfaction. The shoes are fantastic quality and having a podiatrist consult on the design of the shoes means your feet are well supported. The shoes are beautifully designed and are very elegant for whatever the occasion. I love that I feel and look my best in my Bared shoes.I have recommended Bared to all my family, friends and colleagues - they too are now Bared lovers. Can’t wait to see what other colours and designs come out - here’s hoping for some pastel pink heels!!

The service at Bared is Fantastic. It is a very busy shop, however I got attended to straight away. The shoes are gorgeous, and the boots I bought are so comfortable. Saw other shoes I liked, so will be back!!

Really, really happy with the service here with Will at the Bared Men's section.Will was incredibly helpful and worked tirelessly to make sure that my shoe fitting experience was perfect, especially for my wider feet.He even went out of his way to help resolve a previous issue I had with another pair of Bared shoes, and made sure that my experience was the best it could be.Walked out of the store incredibly happy with a new pair of amazing Shoes. Can't recommend Bared Shoes enough!

I was referred to Bared by my podiatrist. Shoes are not cheap but appear to be top quality. A very nice shop in Armadale, (also have a store in the city.)Best part though was the young lady in the mens dept who assisted me.She was helpful, knowledgeable and polite. Just as you would expect but not often get these days.

I recently shopped at Bared Armadale for the first time and I wish I had done it sooner. As soon as you enter, the store is very presentable and clean and the staff there are very welcoming. I have big feet and find it hard to find stylish yet comfortable shoes, Elly (apologies if I got the name wrong) was extremely patient, accommodating and friendly. She made my experience super pleasant and for the shoes.. all I can say is they are super comfortable, extremely stylish and they actual fit perfectly! I walked out of the store super happy with my experience and purchases. Will definitely be back again to purchase the other shoes I had my eyes on. Although the shoes are on the pricey side, it is definitely worth it.. you won’t regret it!
