Silver Service Dry Cleaners

I had a great experience dealing with Gloria at the West Ryde shop. Had to get my suit dry cleaned for a critical dinner meeting and kept it for the last minute. Gloria was great in giving confidence that my suit would be delivered in a day’s time and it did indeed happen.

They ruined my shirt. I asked them to reimburse me for the cost of the shirt and the service. I now have to find a shirt for a wedding in a couple of hours and hope it fits. The best thing of all is they blamed me for it...still can't wrap my head around that. Photos below. The white is what the colour should be

It was so hard trying to find the perfect place to trust to wash my wedding dress, being an extremely expensive ball gown with lace work, sheer, beads and crystals i am so pleased to say the team at silver service did an impeccable job!! My dress was in perfect condition, clean and white as can be like it wasn’t even worn!! Thank you so much for the easy process and suberb customer service! Deffinetly found my favourite dry cleaners!!

Hands down the worst customer service I have ever experienced. Have been a customer for several years, put my suit in for dry cleaning only for the pants to be lost. Understand that mistakes can happen however had to continually chase the owner month after month and all I ever got was a rude tone on the other line. Eventually contacted, a higher authority to resolve the matter.Don't do business with this woman, no regard for her customers, there are much better small businesses to support.

Honestly, I probably won’t use this service again, I came here to get a patch embroidered, I left it in a bag which I was told will be returned, when I came to pick it up my bag was nowhere to be found. I also had paid cash when I dropped the jacket off and they marked it as not paid. As I lost my receipt I had no way to prove that I had already paid so I had to pay again. $30 for a small patch embroidered and lost my property. Be more careful than me if you use this business,

Do not use this service! They damaged my beautiful adairs throw and refused to refund or accept fault! The owner is the rudest woman I have ever dealt with! She text me aggressively until I had to ask her to stop! She refused to help the situation at all and I was charged 25 dollars when they admitted to not even dry cleaning and machine washing! Which I could have done myself! A disgusting experience.

Their service is terrible and customer service is even worse . Probably only good for your cheap 10 dollar shirts that you don’t care about . DO NOT EVER GO TO ANY SILVER SERVICE DRY CLEANING STORES. I HAVE NO DOUBT ALL OF THE BELOW NEGATIVE REVIEWS ARE TRUE!!! The owner Vivian is out of her mind. She wouldn't give me my garment back, kept me in the dark on the where about's of my heirloom vintage wedding gown and after multiple messages & phone calls to finally pick-up the gown, I was left distressed and $650 short to find the dress wasn't even cleaned! Horrific experience and one that I hope no-one will ever have to experience.

Took a scarf, jacket and a silk blouse in for dry cleaning, paid $65 when I dropped the items off. when I came back to pick up the item, the lady told me I had to pay an extra $65 because the jacket was a Burberry jacket and the scarf was an LV scarf or she would be in trouble with her boss (I have never been told previously they charge extra for branded clothing). I paid the extra $65 and was never given a receipt for this extra amount. a few days later when I decided to wear my scarf, I noticed there was still stains on it and it hasn't been cleaned properly at all. I took the scarf back to the store and was hoping they would offer to clean it properly, they refused, I argued that I even had to pay extra for this item just because it was LV yet it was not even cleaned properly, the lady claimed she never asked me for the extra $65. After arguing back and forth, I asked to speak to her boss, it was only then that she decided to refund the extra $65 I paid. I am absolutely disgusted by the service of this place. They tried to charge me a total of $130 for 3 items, they were not upfront about their charges, and then they were dishonest and denied charging me extra. and on top of all this, they don't do a thorough job. I have been been coming here for over 10 years as I live close by but I will never come back again and would not recommend this place to anyone.

Simply the best!I take all my designer garments there weekly and have been doing so for many years. Will not trust anywhere else.The quality is amazing and delivery is alway punctual. Never had any problems.Vivian and her team are professional and friendly. Highly attentive to detail.Very reliable and trustworthy. Highly recommend!
