The people who came out to install the hardware were friendly and have reasonable quality to their work. Cable management is excellent but after sale support is poor and unprofessional. Emailed and called with no reply and no call back for over a week. Have to email 4 different people in different departments to get an email reply. If you are busy say so, if you want us to contact the equipment provider directly, say so. If you want us to stop contacting you, say so. So I can get something done, so our meeting room can work again. No reply for a company of this size is unprofessional.
