Do not buy from this company. I ordered and paid in September 2022. Was promised delivery in November. Some items arrived in December. Despite numerous promises for a refund of items not delivered, I have received nothing. If you buy from them, you’ll be disappointed.

Absolutely amazing, super sturdy, great value and, importantly, Australian made product!We emailed the measurements of our unique under-stairs space and Dane put together a wonderful render from which we went ahead and had the gear sent to SA...and it was very easy to install!Friends have seen it and ❤ it also!Can also be re-configured!Communication has been A+ throughout the project.Thank-you!

Let me start with the positive. The product itself is great, no issues. Just what we were looking for. However, the excessive delay and method of its delivery is another question. We were first informed that the product would be delivered by no later than the 13th of December 22. We eventually received the rack, via a postal delivery, not couriered to our door, after the Christmas period. This is despite your warehouse being located in Sydney as we are. To wait almost 5 weeks for the order I find totally unacceptable for something you said would take two weeks. The other issue I really have is with the poor customer service in keeping us up to date with the delivery and its ongoing delay. Unless I reached out and asked questions, days/weeks were rolling by with no communication or updates from your company. This is not good practice and leaves me to believe that you have not been up front with delivery expectations. I hope you take this feedback on board and look to improve your communications and also delivery options. Mailing out something like a wine rack, which further delayed the arrival of the product particularly over Christmas, I find to be totally unacceptable.

Do NOT order from this company. They are a scam. Over 1 year waiting for our order. I've lost count of the emails and phone calls I've made with no response. I complained on their social media pages and they deleted my messages and blocked me. Save yourself the headaches and shop elsewhere.

This business is genuinely a scam and I hope anyone who decides to purchase anything from this business reads this and several reviews beforehand. I previously ordered some racks which never arrived despite the fact that you are required to pay upfront. No email / phone correspondence possible at all. No email updates on the progress of your order. Not even a tracking number. Please for your own mental state do not buy from this business. You will never receive your order and your money will be taken. There are other companies which sell the same products which you should consider.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY!This is the first time in my life that I am giving any google review. I am so frustrated for not reading it before my purchase. Everyone seems to go through the same process. I have not received my order nor anyone is contacting me. Its unbelievable that a company such as this exist in Australia. Unbeleavable!

Hey all, they are indeed a SCAM, however you will be successful if you dispute the transaction with your bank. 2 steps to this: 1) initiate a dispute, 2) refer to their Terms and Conditions on their site - refunds are unconditional and in full. Your bank will honour it. If there are lawyers here you can also court order a windup, their ABN is 53 607 735 357Side note: their business mode operates on you not disputing these transactions, in doing so they remain a compliant payment transactor. However if you all pursue this process you can be certain to push them into insolvency.

SCAM WEBSITE!Please do not purchase from Wine Stash.I spent around $2,000 on a wine rack in early December and after 2 weeks I received an email from Wine Stash saying they had not forgotten me and my order was delayed. 2 weeks later received same email saying order was delayed. By this time I was sensing something was up so I emailed them and received no reply. A week ago I called their 1300 number and they said leave a message. Have not received a reply. So it has now been 7 weeks and no wine rack.Wish I had read all the other 1 STAR reviews before proceeding with my order.Thanking all the others who have shared their experience on Google reviews. This is the only way we can close down criminals like Wine Stash.

Just reported this organisation to the ACCC for failing to deliver promised goods within a reasonable time and making extra promises (eg. delivery timeframes and follow up of goods) that were not delivered. I will be starting a fraud/scam case with my bank also. I encourage everyone to do the same.Wish I had read the reviews before getting into this mess!

I wouldn't know if the product is any good because it has never been delivered! After months of broken promises, they agreed to refund me, but so far they have not done so. The matter is now in the hands of the courts. Avoid this company at all costs!
