Took my car for crash repair .. they fix the repair in 5 month . And broke other part and refuse to admit they broke it . If you you have bitten by mad dogs plz take your car there . Worse place to go in darwin

Repair cost quote was too high comparing other repair shop by which the insurance said vehicle is total loss! Denied that and moved to another repair shop, sooner, faster, fair price and vehicle been repaired like brand new! The same vehicle that was marked as total loss with Arafura price!! Never recommend

Said 10 working days to repair, took 41. My car sat around for 9 working days before the touch it, to even confirm what they required. Then proceed to forget and misplace components(hinges)for around 20 working days. The best part is one of the managers at the end tried to tell me that it was their fault. Poor customer service and lazy results.

These guys are the best. Went in with a tailgate issue that didnt want to lock properly. They listerned to while I wasked them through my attempts to remedy the issue. They then tried some other methods with the latching system before they worked out it was a key issue.
