Buccaneer Swimming Pools (East Rockingham Display Centre)

Great display centre gave us heaps of ideas and Clinton was great to deal with.

Got a few quotes from a few companies and it came down to buccaneer pools Rockingham and factory pools Mandurah. Unfortunately for us our yard is an odd shape so we wanted a particular design, and it was buccaneer pools who had what we wanted.Signed up with buccaneer pools Rockingham. Almost overnight after signing the dotted line, lost all contact with the salesman from the Rockingham office.A few months out from our promised install date (by the salesman) discovered from head office that this was not the case and the date was in fact 2 months after our promised date . Salesman was CCd into the email chain and despite us receiving an apology from head office, did not hear anything (apology) from the salesman. Eventually received the promised install date as a sweetener.Pool install was delayed by a week (with 3 days notice, council traffic management was blamed for this delay)Pool install was scheduled a week later . Back fill / compaction was delayed until almost 1 month later (Covid blamed), so the yard resembled the Rockingham Tip for this entire time. Grass began to grow through the mounds of sand that surrounded the pool which at this stage was completely full of sand.Job was eventually completed and we now have a pool. Unfortunately we were left with 6 + cubic metres of sand to dispose of which was hard work and financially costly.Pros - head office were originally good to deal with, however, this customer service dropped off towards the end. They were always reactive and I had to chase everything up with them.All the guys who worked on the physical install of the pool did well. (Despite the fact the pool is slightly higher at one end which is going to stuff up the paving when it is laid)Cons- aqua leisure technologies is a monopoly. As a result, while the swimming pool boom continues to last, expect to pay a premium and expect poor service. With the amount of money that you part with, you would expect a lot better, I certainly did anyway.Wouldn’t recommend purchasing a pool through buccaneer pools Rockingham.

If you are considering buying a pool here, walk away!once they have your money, they are not concerned with ensuring that your installation is completed on time or supplying you with working products. Customer service is disgraceful, with us as the owners basically supervising/managing the job. No response to emails, phone calls never answered, constantly passed on to customer service who do not know what is going on- never a manager!Pool installed 5 weeks ago - sags that took weeks to resolve, holes put through our soak well pipes with a star picket, pool filled with water and emptied 3 times, plumbing not completed until we begged for works to be completed, electricians did not turn up to scheduled times of which we took time of work (numerous times over the install) to have the handover day scheduled and guess what? The pool equipment, heater, pump chlorinator etc. do not work !!! not to mention they have forgotten to order the pool cover !! pool is so dirty and full of sand and chemicals just sitting in the pool and chemicals left in the yard. Lanscaping and liquid limestone all being delayed with deposits for said works possibly lost!now being told the equipment is a warranty issue (in fact it is a faulty product that has never been used and should be replaced and installed asap) advised no available technicians are available for over three weeks as they are installing new pool installs and we have to go to the bottom of the waiting list. We have paid 40+k upfront this is not acceptable. We are getting nowhere with your customer service team.To say we are heart broken and completely stressed out by this experience is an understatement, the owners of Buccaneer pools Rockingham need to take ownership of the poor service and quality of install. our hard-earned money was entrusted to you to supply us with a quality pool in the time frame that was promised to us by your very convincing and assuring salesman Clinton.I do not expect any contact in regard to this post as has been proven by your current customer service, potential buyers beware !

Very lovely looking pools kind staff

Absolute train wreck, customer service is a joke, no one seems to know what they're doing and do NOT ever expect a call back to any questions or queries as it's not on their radar. Our biggest regret is walking through those show room doors. Absolutely gutted with the whole process and pumping our hard earned cash into this company.
