Terrible...... EVERYTIME I GET MCDONALD'S I GET MINUS PICKLE AND ONION AND WITHOUT FAIL EVERYTIME THEY'LL PUT EITHER PICKLE OR ONION ON MY BURGERS ITS A BLOODY JOKE THATS WHAT A GRILL SLIP IS FOR ...... THEY READ IT BUT DECIDE TO STILL PUT THE THINGS YOU DIDNT WANT ON YOUR BURGER AND YOU GOTTA SIT THERE AND PICK IT APART...... WORST MCDONALDS RESTAURANT EVER

Booooo, how is fast food always cold. You are better off driving to Acky's Takeaway & Cafe in Millicent. It's half an hour away but I think it's is still worth it.

Not the greatest Macca's ever, we ordered a big order and it took forever, no milkshakes and uncooked chips. The chairs and tables were also very dirty - no charging stations too! The toilets stank like they hadn't been cleaned in centuries. Not great.

Brought a Mc Cafe coffee, I'm sorry but it's your job to make coffee it should be done right, got to car (in maccas parking lot) tasted it I'm lucky it was warm. I went there Wednesday 7/6/23 at 13:25As cup says 30 years serving coffee-it didn't say good coffee no pride in job or lack of proper training.

It’s my first time in Mt. Gambier, just arrived after a long drive with my family and found this Maccas Branch in Penola Rd.We ordered food and coffee as per usual. It went well. While waiting for our orders, i quickly went to the loo and to my surprise, the urinal was filthy and it hasnt been cleaned as the smell was foul.I let the staff know about it and they just shrug their shoulders as if they were aware of the issue but theres no action taken place.The coffee was served pretty fast, but the staff over the counter named JO was abrupt and it felt like i was not welcomed.On the other hand, BENNY form the order dispatch section was very friendly and was a great assistance to us. She made sure our orders was sorted and served us with a big smile.Hopefully the management will look into this review and make a necessary action regarding issue.Kudos to Benny. You saved the whole experience.

The food and service was great. Probably the freshest sausage and egg muffin I've had.However, the cleanliness of the store left a lot to be desired.There were burgers smeared on the floor and seats and pickles thrown onto the walls and windows.
