Great service when buying but poor after service. Bonnet arrived with dents and when I called and enquired they said they'd be happy to help. A follow up phone call turned into a 180. They blamed my panel beaters for damages, after saying the bonnet was already damaged prior to purchase. I regret not looking at their reviews before hand.At 3.3 stars I would have shopped elsewhere. Do not recommend.Add on*Their rating is a reflection of their service and replies.

If I could give no stars I would.Brought a bullbar, rails and steps of these guys, service was great at first, helped me do late pickup late notice which was awesome, I asked about some damage and was told it was ok, they would “clean it up”, didn’t say they couldn’t because of late notice, picked it up, was full of rust which I was not told about at all, took it as a fault for not inspecting it first, then had to go through the effort, time and money of blasting and painting, to fit it and the bar was twisted, like a lot, I rang to see what they could do/offer in that situation they said they would get back to me(lady definitely wasn’t as polite the second time, typical after sale services). Then the excuses, no time to prep, because I didn’t fit within 30 days, (one because I work away, 2 because I had to repair the hell out of it first, fitted it, fitted approx 6 weekend after sale), blamed it for rust being a 13yr old bar, must have sat in the surf for 13 years looking at it, had to argue for at least an hr before they at least offer to refund, already invested money in it now which I can't get back, my advice? Just go somewhere else who is willing to help

Bullbar and wheels bought for my great Wall. Solid price and good blokes will be back even if it's an hour drive.

Bought a bonnet and spent 3 hours cleaning the mud and rust from the inside,No mention it had been from a Flood Affected car,Asked multiple times if it had any damage and was told no, they sent photos taken with a mouldy potato, bonnet has more stone chips than i have had hot dinners. And the boot lid went 10 rounds with mike tyson,with the yard policy of no customers to enter you can not physically check the parts before you buy,And at a cost of $220 for a ba bonnet and $330 for a boot lid, you would expect pretty good condition parts, but the bootlid turned out half sprayed with a rattle can, and the bonnet full of the logan riverthey should be ashamed.Save your money and shop elsewhere,No point complaining either, you'll just get told to shut up

Absolutely spot on service, extremely helpful, staff were fantastic and organised freight and delivery without any issues. Cannot praise these guys enough.Got me out of a very difficult situation promptly without any problems. A1 in my book!!

Could not be happier with the new motor and gearbox from these guys! Also a very good deal and easy to deal with.. Living out remotely wasnt a problem with freight either. Highly recommend

I have bought parts from here about 4-5 times and I haven't had a single issue. I'd suggest that you're extra specific about what you want as you can be given parts from a slightly different model, but in my case I was still very happy with them and was definitely able to use them. The team there are great and are pretty quick and parts are priced very fairly. I will use them in the future and urge people to do the same.
