The only mechanic on the Gold Coast I trust. Was recommended to me after a dealership told me I needed a new clutch and new brakes. Coastbay quoted me for same works for $1000 less than dealership. They ordered the parts in and an hour after I dropped my car off, they called me to let me know the brakes were fine and the clutch was only required a new bearing!That is honesty!Very friendly team and highly recommended

After having the same Mechanic for 20 years, I was very dubious about trying to enlist another mechanic to service/repair my Ford Territory. I am delighted to report that the Mechanical gods directed me to Coastbay Auto Service Centre - Hallelujah! Jason, Stacy & team are terrific. Wonderful! I had some car trouble so I came here only as it was the nearest place I could get to, and what a find.This fantastic company we’re like Good Samaritans. They looked at my car and did not charge me a cent as it was something they could not do.They also let me keep the car on their property free of charge for several days and liaised with Toyota to get my car transported there.Although I did not get any work done there on that occasion, they were kind and professional and I would definitely use them in the future.

Coastbay Auto Service Centre
Coastbay has been my go-to mechanic for the last 5 years and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Always friendly, professional, no issues with workmanship, a few services have even come in a little cheaper than originally quoted and flexible enough drop-off/pick-up times. As someone who knows very little about the world of car mechanics it can leave you feeling a little out of depth or unsure if you are being taken for a ride, but I have complete confidence in the Coastbay team.
