BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park
Recently accompanied a group of secondary students on excursion and our stay was fantastic. All aspects of accommodation and facilities were great. Catering was very good- wide range of options for breakfast, and dinner was delicious! Lots of care was taken with a couple of students with dietary requirements. Staff were super friendly and helpful. Thank you!

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park
We love your hospitality and can’t wait to return. We booked out 3 powered sites recently as a getaway for us parents to reset & do nothing but enjoy the space! We shared great banter with your staff, they were so helpful & someone was always around to check in if needed. The grounds & facilities were super clean and well looked after. The activities & park were great for the kids AND the food from the restaurant was so delicious. We’re excited for this to be our regular getaway spot! We appreciate your service and thanks for laughing with us making our stay that much enjoyable!

The park and facilities are second to none, with the water park, pool, and on site cafe outstanding.The powered site we had was also a great size as we booked in the big rig section.The only downside to this is the fact that there was a possibility of flooding on one of the nights we were there. Along with quite a few other campers we were all moved to the higher sites.This needed to be done with a bit more direction and guidance by on site staff as most were left to their own devices to find a spare site on higher ground.Apart from that everything else is quite good and if you are visiting the theme parks or other Gold Coast attractions it is centrally located to these

Motel rooms made up every day to my surprise. Fantastic service, beds always made and utensils replenished, sometimes they even cleaned our dirty dishes. Super friendly team.The office staff were a bit flat compared to the cleaners. Not once greeted with a smile on the office.And the shower heads maybe need to be changed over, so powerful, I thought they’d break the glass. And you’re forced to angle them into the corner and therefore you’re standing against the wall.However, overall, a wonderful experience.Fantastic location next to movie world and wet and wild.

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park
This is beautifully maintained park with a great waterpark for kids over 120cm tall, and has a cafe/restaurant on site too. There are off lead dog areas. Basketball rings, flying fox etc.It’s less than 10 minutes from the big theme parks, which unfortunately also means it’s right next to the Pacific Motorway, so expect traffic noise. (which is of course beyond managements control)

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park
We camped in our van with an ensuite site. The ensuite is quite good with only minor fix ups required (bottom of door starting to rot). Service has been outstanding - guided to our site, staff happily interacting with us, our kids and our dogs (on the terrace). Location is great with the exception of the ongoing traffic noise (to be expected given it's proximity to motorway but still a bit off putting as it doesn't subside throughout the night). Great facilities and we had a blast!

BIG4 Gold Coast Holiday Park
The best park to stay with young kids wanting to visit the Gold Coast Theme Parks. Fantastic pool with cafe the parents can relax and the kids can play. If no kids then maybe find something a bit off the hwy with less noise. Staff were brilliant could not have asked for nicer people. All up its a big thumbs up from me.
