I have moved houses with Rays Removals multiple times and I will continue to move using them. I would highly recommend to use this company when moving. Always very reliable, wrap all the furniture and pack the truck like a puzzle, it's amazing! NEVER had an issue with any of my moves. Moving made easy and stress free!!

I have moved about every 2 years for the last 20 years and this move cost a lot more than I had budgeted based on previous amounts of furniture I have owned and previous moving times.. We had downsized considerably from our last move having sold 3 couches/futons, desks, book cases, a huge aviary and didn't even have a lounge as waiting on our new one we have bought. All boxes had been taken by ourselves to the new house over the previous weeks hoping to save us removal costs. It was with a lot of disappointment that this move was so slow and particularly at the other end where I found myself standing at the truck door wondering why my things were taking so long to unload. I will definitely not be using Rays Removals for any further moves and would not recommend them unless you are willing to pay a fortune to have them standing around. Very disappointing, this move was my most expensive move to date, whilst moving the least amount of stuff!

I have used Ray's a few times and the men impress every time. Hard working and very respectful. I highly recommend.

My parents used Ray's Removals on the 24th February 2020 when moving from Woombye to Little Mountain. They were not happy with the service provided. The staff were not professional and in fact put a significant dent in my parents new fridge. The men denied any responsibility and did not even apologise and even tried to blame my father for the dent. This company was not cheap or even good value and I'm sure there are better companies to use. My parents would not recommend them.

I have used Rays Removals three times in the last 15 months and unfortunately the last one left something to be desired. Previous workmen moved everything with no complaints, but this time everything was a chore to new staff. There was no respect for the furniture or where items were to be placed on arrival. At one stage a lounge was dumped on top of boxes in the garage because it meant carrying it around to another entrance, which was an extra three minutes work (for which I was paying). Granted the weather was very hot, but that was no excuse for their slap happy attitude.Unfortunately I can’t recommend them again. There are cheaper and more professional removalists around.

Highly recomend rays removals. We have used this company on many occasions and we are always very impressing with them they are always there going beyond your expectations to make your move run smoothy and less stressfull. You deffently get a bargen moving with these guys. There truck is large and they actually fit a large 3-4 bedroom home in one load. Unlike others advitised that still charge the same hourly rate and have to do multiple loads. Thank you rays removals
