It’s really 50/50 on whether you have a good experience or not here, I was in 2 minds about posting this review because the owner and one of the guys (Ben?) are pretty good lads, they are chatty, knowledgable and patient. On the other hand there is a guy who works there wearing the hat who is almost hilariously bad, he is really rude, if you ask him a question or simply say hello you’d be lucky to be met with a grunt or a condescending half arsed one liner. He has no time for customers whatsoever and struts around like he’d rather be anywhere other than at work.Dealing with him makes me want to quit the hobby, I cannot fathom how he still has a job there, he undoes all of the good work by the others with regard to service

Popped into the store today as I am here on holiday from NSW. I have followed online for many years and bought from the store before, but never been to the physical shop. Man I was really impressed, the coral tanks were very well stocked with SPS, LPS & plenty of softies, and the display tanks were incredible. I will definitely be going back before the drive home. Honestly as a reefer if I lived closer I wouldn’t go anywhere else!

Have been to this shop alot, brought alot of stuff but won't be goin back after recent purchase. Brought a few fish this weekend 1 I purchased was a bit thin but grabbed it anyway (they ummed and ahhhd about selling it to me a week previously but wouldn't say why also was $90 one week then 1 week later $130) now I know why it died it wasn't healthy but they sold it to me anyway. .everything else still thriving . Rang up to say fish had died they have no refund or credit option ( cause too many parameters can vary) so don't go here if you want good fish or a store credit cause of they're lack of customer service is terrible and they will sell fish that shouldn't be sold until they are healthy .plenty of other shops to go to now so you've lost my buisness and by the looks of the reviews alot of others as well

Have bought a few items at this shop, well price, great advice and always had great service from staff. Will be my new local aquarium supply store.

Came in today to grab salt water, sand, thermometer and live rock, they gave me rock from one of their tanks, great customer service and very helpful, will be back again, my new local store

Absolutely love this store! I buy all my aquarium supplies from here despite living in Melbourne and having never physically been in the actual store. Staff is very helpful over the phone and give honest advice. I went in today to have a look as I am looking to start a Nano tank and have been looking at there products online…the shop is small but is very impressive!!!All fish and corals look healthy , love there display tanks and fell in love with their clown fish! Definitely a place to go if you are looking at starting a saltwater tank…very cool to look at all the animals.
