We just picked up our Aspire 587/1 today. Our dealings with all the staff and Sonnie have been friendly and courteous and could not fault them in any way what so ever. Could not help us enough. We waited 10 months for our van thanks to Covid 19 but they always kept us informed of what was going on.Thank you Sonnie & Jodie.

I wouldn't recommend buying from Avan Morisset. My mother had a very unpleasant experience following her purchase. They need to focus on improving their customer service. It's all about the sale.

Extremely unhappy with the customer service I received from Avan Morriset.My partner and I are both in our early 20's and we have been researching quite a few avans and were excited to see them in person.To our surprise none of the light 400's were in stock (because they don't have showers) and Jim was very rude and acted as if we were wasting his time.To your surprise we have enough money in the bank to buy one of your caravans but because of the service we received (probably because we are young') we will not be spending our money on one of your caravans.We have received better service from your competitors and will happily shop some place else where the staff are willing to help their customers.I did not drive 50 minutes to waste time, but your staff seem to think we do.

I found the team great people to deal with during purchase, routine maintenance and warranty.Any minor issues during warranty and post warranty have been attended to in a timely and efficient manner.I'd recommend purchasing a new or used Van from the team at Morisset.

We recently purchased a new van from this dealer...Our Golf Maxxi 573 was not our first van but was the largest outlay to date for a van.The purchase and finance was extremely easy and frankly fun.The sales man was great and felt like a friend from the first.We had a shocking first towing event when we actually lost a wheel. This was not due to the dealers actions generally but the dealer never attempted to walk away from us and provided a new wheel in a prompt manor.The machine has proved to be exactly as recommended by Avan Morisset and has been a major source of enjoyment to my wife and myself.I recommend the products and service I received and would encourage those in the market to have the chat with their sales team so you can also have the improvement to your quality of life that I have enjoyed.Thanks to the Morisset team and well done.

Preliminary contact via telephone was positive re our purchasing a used caravan. We drove up from Melbourne to collect and were surprised that our original contact person was not available to speak to us. We were shown over the van by the Manager . He was honest and professed not to know much about the style of van. WE decided to purchase and arranged to pick up on the Sunday to drive home. Upon arrival @ Yass where it was to be 0" overnight; we discovered that the Hot Water/ Heating System Control Panel was not working. Couldn't call Caravan Park as too late. Ended up tracking down previous owner to no avail. Even his caravan mechanic couldn't help. Sent text to Avans re problem yesterday and we still have not received a reply. . Upon closer inspection the caravan was also found to be dirty in places and the outlet hoses were blocked and filthy. Supposed to have been fully serviced ??? Why do some Caravan Dealers not give good follow up customer service? A follow up telephone call would have been greatly appreciated ."

I phoned to purchase an annex for our Avan Aliner. They provided me with contact details for Express Annexes, who they stated make all their annexes. An excellent outcome occurred and we now have a custom made annex.
