Gave the team a call at 8am on a Saturday morning looking for 4 particular tyres. Mark had us booked in at 10.30 am, and by midday, we had a full set of tyres and wheel alignment. Returning customer story. My RX8 had king wheels installed 2 years ago at Jax Underwood and my car was treated with respect so I thought when purchasing new tyres 2 weeks ago this would be the same.The tech laughed at my car without realising I was right behind him, I shrugged that off as his own opinion no problems. I picked up the car and everything seemed OK. Fast forward to today and I went to remove my wheels to lower the car and could not remove the wheel nuts even with a rattle gun 400nm. I called the store and the manager did not believe me but told me to bring it down anyway.As soon as a pulled up the tech looked worried and said nothing, another tech tried to remove the wheel nuts and my car was moving forward as they used a massive breaker bar on it and he said it hurt his ribs trying to remove the wheel nuts because they where so tight.Clearly this tech thought it was funny or had an issue with my car, either way extremely unprofessional and dodgy workmanship and I'm actually disgusted someone like that is given access to anything but a diaper let alone customers cars!Update: I checked my tyre pressures and they sat at 42psi, while I was told they should be 38psi by the manager.I found damage to the inside of 1 rim being banged on concrete without the tyre on it, and damage to my drivers door corner.James (manager) said I am lying and that I am the problem.I have raised the complaint with Head Office as clearly they have an unhinged staff member working on people's pride and joys and its a safety issue.James should really question himself why a happy returning customer who loves the company and had great dealings with would lie about this???James, customers don't just make stuff up like this because they are bored, your store has an issue.

Thankyou James for your detailed and thorough explanation of the tyres that would be best for my vehicle you were absolutely on the money. I have noticed a huge difference driving on my new tyres, you said I would! :) A huge reduction in road noise, and I can only describe the driving experience as gliding along the road whilst at the same time, feeling totally secure and in control. The staff were courteous, friendly, efficient and knowledgeable and went the extra mile for me when my battery played up. They made sure it was working well before me collecting the vehicle, ensuring I knew about the issue and ensuring the vehicle would get me on my way safely. I have not put much thought into tyres before, but on reflection, I am primarily relying on my car tyres to get me to my destination safely. I am thrilled and have absolute confidence in my tyres now, thankyou Jax, I have told everyone about my experience with the Slacks Creek branch!

I have been using Jax Tyres at Slacks Creek for many years. James and team have always been professional with good advice, quality products and excellent service.

The men at Slacks Creek were more then helpful and friendly. Their customer service was most welcome after a terrible experience from Kmart Loganholme.Cost wise they surpassed all quotes I received and had me in and out in sufficient time

Avoid. They order parts without even looking at your car. When questioned about this practice they show their true colours, verbal abuse and anger at the customer, STAY AWAY!! To the ranga who abused me out the front of your premises, I have this advice - If you don't look after your customers, someone else will.
