First time customer and I'm very impressed. I didn't have to make a booking and Alex was able to fix my bike straight away. He then gave it a good clean & lube and adjusted a number of things. I think he also prevented a future accident, as one of the pedals had started to come loose. Thanks Alex! As I'm getting back into cycling I had many questions, which he answered tirelessly. I really appreciated all his advice. And all this for a very reasonable price! You made my day Alex.

Alex did a full service on my BAUM road bike + supplied & installed a new cassette, tubleless tyres, bar tape,...etc. Thanks to Alex, it rides like new bike day all over again.Alex is thorough, knows his stuff and doesn't cut any corners. I highly recommend Alex for bike servicing, repairs & new components.

My brother and I highly recommend Your Cycle Mechanic. Owning multiple bikes each, from 1970's road bikes to recent top of the line enduro weapons, we've been in and out of different bike shops around the Shire for years and have finally found a mechanic that shares our passion for pushies old and new, and spends the time needed to ensure your getting the best ride possible. Alex is always happy to have a chat about parts upgrades and nothings ever a problem, I urge you to head in and see what he can do for your ride.

Alex and his team recently serviced and applied some upgrades to my bike, they were extremely professional and they have a genuine passion for all things bikes. I was impressed with the communication and workmanship. Alex took his time with me giving me recommendations and honest advice. I wasn’t rushed in and rushed out and all processes were made clear. I will be coming back for future services and upgrades. Alex and his team offer great customer service and will treat any problem big or small with equal attention. I first popped by the shop with an issue with a bike light. Most mechanics would have looked at it and thought it not worth their time, but Alex just sorted it straight away with real care. Such a small thing he didn't charge me. So following that experience I bought in my race bike which needed a few things sorted and a service. The guys sorted it all out and charged a fair price. Thanks Alex!
