just bought a watch for my grandmother's birthday. the lady serving me was extrememly patient and kind to me and it was one of the best customer services i have had. if i could rate this more than 5 stars i would . thank you random lady you made my day

I have always had a great experience in Michael hill and its honestly our family go-to store in Australia. Purely because of the quality of the Jewellery and the authenticity of metals. Buying from here keeps our mind at peace. The staff at Top Ryde are very polite and well informed.

Have purchased a few pieces from MH top ryde. Jordy is the best! Always honest, recommends great pieces and offers wonderful customer service.

Worst customer service started from entering the shop. There was only another 1 lady browsed their products while we visited this shop. But, 4 staff includes 1 gentleman" and 3 ladies just stood behind the counter talking

If there was a zero star rating that is what this place will get. Absolutely disgusting customer service. Felt uncomfortable as soon as we walked in. Ladies were rude when we asked for help it was like they weren’t bothered. We got accused apparently talking about the ladies glasses when the conversation had absolutely nothing to do with her or anyone. Then when we asked for assistance again she raised her voice and we felt attacked. Whoever the manager here is I suggest you hire new staff if you want to make money. They just lost a sale. I am absolutely disgusted that this was the experience we got we also drove almost an hour to look at a certain ring. Absolute time waster. What a joke!! Avoid this place at all costs.

The sales women were less interested in selling me an item and more interested in marking the ring prices and shouting across the room to one another for pieces of paper to put around the rings. Utterly bizarre behaviour for sales assistants. I’ve never felt so uncomfortable in a store before. Avoid this place.

Horrible customer service. I have been refused a refund for an online order at this store based on the clerk not liking my reason for the return. She questioned me multiple times and after I said for the 4th time it was a change of mind return, she says to the store manager “she should’ve come to the store to look at the jewellery before purchasing”, the manager huffs and suddenly “remembers” the system wasn’t working so they wouldn’t be able to process the refund.

Helen from Top Ryde Michael Hill was fabulous. She was very friendly and generous with her time, knew the products very well and gave delightful customer service! Highly recommend!

Had the most forgettable experience. Never had I experienced customer service as I did tonight. Shocking and rude.
