Nice people to deal with, great prices. Finish of job fantastic looks like new. Crew was great. GIVE THEM A GO.

While the price was good and the customer service was fine there were two issues. (1) it's not Sandless - Mr Sandless sands like everyone else.(2) While I was happy with the initial Job I came out really good the finishing product is very poor In most places the floor looks much worse 2 years later than it did before I got the sanding completed. After talking to other sanding companies they said it's because they use a product that isn't designed for Australian conditions

Recently Had Mr Sandless at My Property and as a consequence I cannot recommend his services to anyone, the finish is of poor quality, the areas of repair that were agreed to by both parties were only partially addressed, the failure to protect the freshly painted surfaces (one day old) and Laminex surfaces as assured by Mr Sandless was unprofessional to say the least, the unwillingness to come back and address the issues raised was surprising, the attention to detail in the finish of the sanded/recoated surface was borderline unprofessional, the excuses put to me for works not completed as expected by me for a total resand and recoat were evasive and dismal. The follow up after some of the remedial works were completed was Zero.Not happy Mr Sandless

Mr Sandless - Bruce and his men were very professional and did a great job on our floor boards. Our house is a 1903 cottage and these floorboards needed some work ,they came up beautiful and we could not be happier . Kathi Sims
