Great staff, club discount excellent

My partner and I bought a Hawaiian shirt and Cowboys shorts from Lowes, Casuarina served by Dolly. We accidentally misplaced it when we were shopping at another store. A lady that appeared to be disorderly picked up our bag and attempted a refund at the store. Fortunately, Amanda refused her refund as she seemed dodgy" and our loyalty card was scanned under my partners name. After realising that we misplaced the bag we went back into Lowes to buy another shirt and explained our situation. We claimed the shirt and shorts all thanks to the Dolly and Amanda. They were lovely ladies with great customer service and I would definitely recommend shopping at Lowe's if you want a great customer experience."
