The crew of arega are so punctual and very responsive to move the entire item. They can do this all work done within two hour for one room item. No spots all equipment. Recommended very smoothly.

AVOID!I moved in November and Arega turned it into a 3+ month nightmare. They gave me a completely wrong pick up time and date (that they double confirmed), and showed up with little notice. It was clear from my conversations with the driver and with their office that their internal organisation was incompetent and uncaring. They damaged many of my items - my TV unit now has a large, deep gash along its top; my drawers were completely broken; there were long strings of chewed gum strewn across my desk (pics attached). When I pointed the gum out to the removalist, he made a weak attempt to scrape some off and just threw it on my carpet (seriously??)On top of that, they lost one of my boxes. I had to repeatedly get in contact for over 3 months trying to recover it. Each time they would give vague assurances about how they were trying to recover the box, and at one point responded to an email saying that they would compensate me if they couldn't find the box after two weeks".They did not follow up with any of these assurances.They did not care.Finally

They are Friendly and professional crew. Stuff were professionally wrapped and all equipment handled with great care. Very helpful staffs of AREGA REMOVAL SERVICES. I'm highly Recommend this to anyone who is looking for movers. Fast, reliable and affordable.
