Envy Lash and Beauty

This lash company is extremely unprofessional.A while back I booked to get my lashes done, and caught 2 busses and a train and completed over 2 hours in public transport.When I got there I knocked and Darcy I believe her name is left me outside for half an hour, then when finally answering the door she said to me that she got pushed back with appointments and tried to text me.The number she put in was wrong, and failed to email the email I provided when I booked.Haven’t returned since and hope she doesn’t do this to other people as I never got my deposit back

I booked in to get a full set of classic lashes done for my 30th birthday. When I first got there she had to re send a form to my phone for me to fill out. She said she had previously sent it to me that week for me to fill, she clearly didn’t put my phone number in correctly, but she was somehow trying to insinuate it was my fault.The bed I had to lay down on had dog hair all over it. Her hands smelt like cigarettes even after washing them. After the lashes and brow tint I went home. I could tell it wasn’t that great of a job already but just accepted it. I woke up the next morning with half of the lashes of one eye missing. Most had fallen onto my cheek bone. I messaged Darcy to let her know to see if anything could be done and I was hesitant anyway because if it was the glue she was using then the same thing would just happen again. She messaged me back so rude. Acting confused as to why that happened and then in the next message she blamed me for talking too much when she had been asking all of the questions. I’ve never come across anyone saying anything like that ever. Completely unprofessional and not something you should say to a client. I ended up finding an amazing lady somewhere else that same day who was able to fix it for me and it took her an hour. 1 hour to fix the gaps when they were only done the day before. She also said to me that obviously you don’t want to see glue when you have your lashes done but there was no evidence of glue at all, it was like I never had lashes on. I will not be going back and not be recommending.

Darcie is absolutely lovely and I love my lashes every time I visit.
