Great experience picking up a used car. See Simon for excellent service and a no nonsense approach to salesmanship. He also went out of his way to ensure I had the car on the pickup date and had all the paperwork sorted like a pro. DO NOT recommend National capital motors tuggeranong!!Have had a massive whirlwind with Haval and this place after dealing with a faulty product and warranty.Finally after waiting patiently almost 3months I finally got my car in (not to mention the inconvenience they made it out to be on the phone when booking). Here is the condition my car was when handed back to me. When asked what happened and techs took it back in the manager tried to put liability on me! Not sure how i did it as i hadnt even unlocked my car yet. Tech also confirmed car didnt go in like that.Manager: Gilbert has got the WORST attitude I have ever had to deal with- literally no compassion or customer service!Yes, rest of team that I dealt with were lovely but this manager" brings the whole team down.Rather spend $500+ on car servicing elsewhere that treats their paying customers with gratitude and respect."

Bought a used Subaru from these guys a few months back. No issues whatsoever with the sales process and the car continues to tick all of the boxes. Great experience there. Gilbert at the service department has also been excellent in looking after the car since purchase. There were a couple minor oil leaks covered under warranty, and he went above and beyond to get these sorted for me. Service prices reasonable too. I'll continue to get my vehicle serviced here, would recommend.

Would not recommend this place to anyone, the service was poor and some of the staff rude. We had to way for 3 months for a key, even though they said they tried to contact us, there was no message left and a review of our phone log there was no call from them.When I booked in for the key to be programmed it was just a money grab. My son was going to get a quote for a new vehicle, after the experience we just walked out.

Loving my new Suzuki Swift GLX Turbo! Great service at the dealership. Went in looking to purchase the Navigator model and ended up getting the next one up - due to the great offer available and the reasonable $ given on my trade in. Highly recommend dropping in and speaking with Scott if your looking to upgrade to some new wheels.

Absolutely terrible. Was a nightmare getting my car and then when getting warranty on the car they were useless and took mouths and then when they serviced my car they damaged it and showed no care what so ever.Have told everyone single person I know to keep away.

Excellent service given to my daughter and my self. Simon was really amazing helping me receive the car I wanted. His co-workers were also excellent. It was such a pleasure to deal with them. I would recommend them anytime.
