Always great service. Same as most places you have to find the right therapist to suit you. I'm more than happy with remedial massage.

Bit disappointed. Asked for foot reflexology and I got a soft massage.Asked her just after she finished the first foot about the pressure points and she just rubbed my toes.Please do not advertise reflexology if its not the actual thing. There is a difference between the two.

Amazing services and knowledge from all staff. The rooms were nice and warm on a cold day which was great!One of the best massages I’ve ever had. They catered o my injury and took the time to help me with getting better. Will definitely be making this my regular massage place :)

I was recommended Zen by my partner & his friend who were walk ins only a couple of months ago. I walked in one day with sciatic & shoulder/neck pain, barely able to walk asking for remedial massage. After a 90 min appt I was able to move and walk out of there straighter with far less pain. I’ve been there at least 4 times now in the last month getting weekly remedial & lymphatic drainage massage! They’ve been lifesavers. I even brought my 11 year old to have sports massage/remedial for her aching legs & hips from gymnastics & basketball… she was so happy with the result she’s wanting to come back. Thank you so much!!

Wonderful reflexology foot massage, peaceful. The bottle of water was a nice touch at the end and a gift of a soy candle for valentines day, very sweet

Not a bad experience, but a bit strange. Appeared a little disorganised when I went in (maybe didn’t realise I had made an online booking?) but were quick to set up.It almost felt like the dude was so gentle he was trying to tickle me at times lol. He was successful with that.When I asked him to be firm or add more pressure, it was great thoughAlso got more than I bargained for since I booked the neck, shoulder + back massage- but I got an arm massage too so that was a win.Then to top it off, at the end he did the classic hand chops on my back. You know the ones you do for your partner because you don’t know what else is involved in a basic back massage? Yep, that one.Overall I can’t really complain, it was good and probably did my back muscles some good too
