Often short supplied goods (but still charged full price). Try to call them and you are on hold for 40 minutes plus before giving up. Email them and no response for over a week and then it's backwards and forwards as they have no idea. Communication is TERRIBLE. Products are good - when and if you get them!!!

Highly recommend, prices are cheapest I found and they stock variety of all items required to care for an elderly person with illness. Shipping was fast and I received items within 2 days. Definitely will order from here again.

Easier online than waiting on the phone, my wife placed an order over the phone and the person taking the order was impatient and rude as if it was an inconvenience to be nice to customers, not good. Stick to online.
