Nicole was extremely unhelpful, advising she couldn’t assist a elderly gentleman with contacting the Telstra helpline.She continued to advise she didn’t know how to call the helpline, this is shocking to hear as she is the manager of the store and 2 weeks ago a gentleman in the store assisted. It appears they pick and choose what they can help with and who they can help with.
