Paris Nail

Asked for a specific design. The lady said she was able to do it and just couldn’t. I paid $75 for the nail design and was so disappointed with them. They look so messy and the design was nothing like I requested. I didn’t realise until she finished and regret not saying something in the moment but I was in a rush. The uv lights also really hurt and burned

The new owner is mad Greedy! Would always take new clients even if she don't have enough staff to do the job, she would quickly soak your nails to hold you down so you wont leave and make you wait over an hour before they finally attend to you.

Kim was great. I explained I'd had bad experiences in the past because my cuticles would bleed and hurt. She was delicate, asked questions, checked I was happy. I was so pleased to walk out without pain or bleeding. Will be going back there.

Been going to Kim at Paris Nails Earlwood, she is very professional and easy to deal with. She ensures that you’re nails are completed to your expectations. Her nail art surpassed my expectations.

Walked in off the street, miscommunication with what I wanted, finally got my acrylics put on but they were super think and botched, I went to another place for infills and they couldn't believe the quality, mind you the same say I was in the t.v. was frozen in a static blur and flickering soundOverall a poor experience

DONT GO HERE!!! Going to cut my story short. I had black sns nails and wanted to go clear sns, she didn’t even remove majority of the black and you could see it on my nails while she’s putting clear on. The lady got angry with me because I didn’t like it and she said there’s nothing wrong with it!!! It was so uneven and bumpy and the colour with left over black..Then she said to me there’s other people waiting that have an appointment. She didn’t want to re do it. By the way I booked an appointment they told me to not be late so I arrived 10min early instead I waited 30min past my appoiment time...

I’ve been to this nail salon many times. But the last time I went I was so upset with the service that I refuse to go back. I went in with no appointment and I acknowledged that and asked them do you have time now, and if not it’s okay I’ll come back. They said yes they had time. Sat down waited for 20 minutes before being given nail polish selection. Dianne took off my nail polish while waiting for one of the other girls to finish and start on my nails. Took another 15 minutes of waiting until I politely asked Wendy what time she thinks I’ll be done as I was in a rush. She completely ignored me, didn’t even look at me and kept talking to her colleagues in Vietnamese. The client she was serving said hey that girl asked you something and she still ignored me. I decided to leave after that. Never going back.

Appalling customer service from Wendy, she is extremely rude, won’t even acknowledge customers and continuously speaks Vietnamese with her colleagues while doing your nails and is more interested and distracted by her mobile phone . They didn’t do a bad job with my nails however due to her bad attitude won’t be returning.

1. botched my brows, left them uneven and with bald spots2. did not use gloves and was touching my face with bare hands i had to tell them not to3. didn’t seem like they knew what they were doing at allwould not recommend.
