They lady that served / helped me today (Saturday 9th of Feb) just after midday .......was fantastic!!!Great customer skills and such a nice demeanor :)I had previously returned a merchant " ticket that she had accidentally given to me and she was very professional in her response.Today I asked about a non descript business card size-ish reward slip which was on the counter ( I have been there a few times since moving into the area). I asked about it and she said " not a problem....and stamped the 4 boxes - as I spent just over $80) and gave me a free lotto ticket.Simple reward.....every $20 and you get a stamp. Spend $80 You get a free ticket.THE BEST THING IS ( apart from great service).......I did NOT need to give my email address or ph number!!!!!Well done Subiaco Square Newsagency !!!!I really appreciate that!!!Also the guy who has served me ( might be - seemed - like the manager/ owner) was great too!!Cheers!!!"
