Absolutely disgraceful. I took a keyboard in for a relatively simple repair job, and when I tested it at home an entire row of keys didn't work. Returned it to the store, and he refused to even look at it, saying it must have just been coincidental that the whole keyboard broke the exact same day they performed the repair work. Incredibly unprofessional, I was even charged for them to wreck my device which was working just fine when I took it into the store!!!

Terrible service. Appalling customer service and a total ripoff. They absolutely ruined my IPhone 8 which I took to them for simply screen repairs. My phone has not functioned as well since then. It is as though it’s been hacked most of the time. They also sold me a fake screen protector which failed in its duty to protect my phone. I when back to them and they refused to reimburse or fix the mess that they made. Please don’t take your devices to these people. They will give you a run for your money and total device malfunction after. Worse service I have ever been been to.

Went to drop off my phone today to fix my broken power button as I couldn't turn my phone. Turnaround was quick as I got my phone back within the hour. I'm very happy with the quick service. Will be coming back and recommending others to come for sure.

Just returned home after getting my phone (HTC One M9) camera lens cover and screen guard replaced.In the shop I was assured that they would only use a genuine glass lens cover - and I didn't look too hard at the job in the shop.A closer inspection shows that they used a plastic lens cover - it flexes when pressed by a finger & is definitely not glass.Not happy - given that they charged $60 for a short repair task and have left me with a sub-standard lens cover that I expect to get scratches on.Moral of the story: don't go there, but if you have to, make sure to check the job before you pay.I'll be going back to try my luck at getting a genuine hard glass cover when I can find the time.The only reason gave one star is that they were fast and the screen looks good again.Have now been offered my money back (see business response below) - but that is NOT the point.I specifically asked if the new lens cover would be plastic or glass - and was told glass. The service offered was misrepresented.

AMAZING!!!!! I put my iPhone X through the washing machine for a full cycle and it suffered a cracked screen and severe water damage. the first person I took this to told me it was unlikely that we would be able to get the data back (this data was incredibly important to my business). I took it to Gadget Repair and they not only fixed the phone impeccably but saved all the data.... all at an affordable cost!!! All with brilliant customer service. Thank you so very much. I am grateful beyond words as the data was imperative to my business. the best!!

Thieves. Claim to use genuine Apple screens but the Apple Genius Bar showed me the contrasting whites between the screen and home button as well as the brightness difference between the twoAlso took $40 off me to fix an antenna bug which returned 5 minutes later. had my phone for literally 2 minutes. Would have been impossible to do anything with it

Went in for a new screen protector for my iPhone 7 Plus.. encouraged me to get the wraparound option... put case back on... these protectors do not work with certain cover.. the lift and you do not get screen interface... $35 dollars wasted... now need to get another one!!

Got my iWatch repaired and it was Expensive. Plus they didn’t really explain when I left it for repair that it would be less waterproof. Also they left tap on it and that took about two weeks to come off properly
