Sam has been incredibly helpful. He answered all my emails and provided detailed information on the products I was inquiring about. On the day of the installation, he brought a wide range of taps since I was undecided how they fit in ny kitchen. Once again, he provide lots of suggestions, and carefully installed the undersink reverse osmosis system, taking good care of my kitchen cabinets. The post installation service was also fantastic: he promptly answered as soon as I had a minor problem. I've been using the system for 1 month, and I love it!

Needed some filters urgently, and the company bent over backwards to arrange quickest dispatch and courier available. No hassles and their offer to help was greatly appreciated. Will be using them again. So much easier dealing with family businesses than the majors when you have a challenge. Thank you!

I highly recommend this supplier. The owner is very easy to deal with. Good customer service and very accomodating. You don't have to drive to their shop. Just choose the items you want and then pay by bank transfer and they will send your merchendise by post. Save you trouble driving to the shop.
