No greeting. Talking amongst themselves. Food was cold. Need to ask for extra mayo on the burger and if you're unlucky enough to get someone having a bad day making the burger then be prepared for a mayo overload. Ordered vanilla ice cream and I am handed chocolate at the service window without even an explanation. I asked and got a simple we don't have any vanilla at the moment".Apple pies are good though."

I think something drastic has happened here... We have come to the Booval Macca's on a semi regular basis thanks to the kids wanting to play on the playground over the past few years.We were getting so sick of the terrible service and disgusting cleanliness of the restaurant that we took every opportunity to go anywhere else when the kids were happy to try 'somewhere new'.But our last 2 visits have shocked the whole family (even the kids have noticed)! The staff have been so attentive and helpful that tonight I went up to ask for something and was asked by 3 staff at once what can I do for you" that it took me a few seconds to gain my composure to be able to communicate what I had come up to ask for! This might sound strange

Place was decent clean when we arrived. The food was okay nice lettuce no brown. Chips was good. The quality of the food we had was okay. I didn’t liked the worker’s tone towards one another “do it fast”Everyone’s seems to be chattering and slow, gossiping at the front counter.It took about 10-15min to get my order, which was alright.I just hope they would improve the worker’s attitude.

I am offended to say the least. Just because the stereotype of McDonalds is bad doesn’t mean the workers need to act like it. For all 4 of us to recieve incorrect meals, to have sauce missing and dreams ruined! #willnotbeback

It's pretty quite inside but u fortunately they don't take cleaning tables and chairs and floors of some what importance. It was 8am in the morning and put seating had food and table had food on it was yuck. Food is not hot or ordered the hot cakes and not even the butter melted on them and the fries were cold coffee needs to be hotter too

Went around 11.30am today. Was told by staff member to pull up to the next window to wait for my food. The floor manager then came down and yelled at me to MOVE TO THE WAITING BAY LIKE YOU WERE TOLD".Never in my 28 years of life have I been spoken to like that by someone in the food industry"
