One of the cheapest in gold coast. Have had a storage container here for over 3 years now. Their containers are water and dust proof and air tight and easy access. Always found customer service here to be very good. No complaints at all.

*** BEWARE *** AUSSIE CONTAINER STORAGE*** They advertise safe, secure and vermin free facilities but this is false advertising... I went to empty my container at Aussie Container Storage (Molendinar facility), after storing it for a long period of time, to find that my entire shipping container had been infested with cockroaches to the point where I had to bomb it twice before I could even enter. They were literally crawling out of the vents while the bomb was going. Not only that I found my belongings had been moved and many boxes had been opened. I was also missing my LG 10kg washer/dryer, a lawnmower and two whipper snippers. I haven’t yet gone through the rest of the boxes so there could be many more items missing. I was kindly informed by a worker that my container had been accessed by staff members who had taken my items, however staff have been nothing but rude and after discussions between themselves have decided to deny any knowledge of the whereabouts of my stuff. They refuse to discuss the matter further. Please feel free to view the photos on my profile to backup my review.Re: Your response… I made a substantial cash payment to your Director in order to access my shed so I could move my belongings out of there. It was then that I noticed there were items missing. I also had a very interesting conversation with one of your employees whilst moving my stuff out. This person kindly gave me some very useful information and confirmed that my shed had been accessed by people other than myself, those people being staff on the premises. Doesn’t take a genius to work out where my belongings would have gone…
