I thoroughly enjoyed my zoom classes with Natasha. All classes were challenging and much was gained each week. Natasha is very attentive to ensure everyone has correct form. Having the weekly classes recorded was a big bonus to be able to repeat the exercises as my days as possible. Looking forward to the next challenge!

I really enjoy my weekly Pilates classes with Natasha. Having never done Pilates before Natasha was very patient and went at a pace I was comfortable with. Now I can keep up with her and I get a really great workout! Highly recommend Natasha whether you’re a beginner or experienced A+

My back has been in an immense amount of pain. Natasha has helped me work through this especially after a baby very gently, and very thoughtfully. The ability to be able to zoom a Pilates and stretch session, in these uncertain times has been the most embracing and satisfying thing for me personally. Not only have I felt better and started to heal my body and Mind, I feel like it’s something that I could keep up with even after this is over as a busy working mum. She’s genuine, caring, and listens to what exactly you need. Whether it be meditation, or a first time Pilates person like me. You don’t feel embarrassed, or uneasy. Her area in space in her studio is also relaxing and meditative. I can’t see her praises enough.

I've love my sessions with Natasha. She is down-to-earth, caring, friendly and attentive. She also makes you feel comfortable. My 1:1 session have increased my strength so much and it has helped to relieve some of my neck and back pain. So worth the investment in yourself to go and see Natasha. Thank you!

I've recently taken a break from F45(high intensity training) to reduce the impact it was having on my joints and started PSM training using the TRX straps.Tash is a stickler for technique to ensure I'm getting the most out of every movement and I can tell you, my legs were shaking within the first few minutes of the workout, I really felt that burn.I'm loving PSM sessions as it's giving me a great full body workout, long lean muscles and I can do it all from home.

I have been doing Pilates on a reformer for years and love it, I wanted to try something new and met Natasha through a different studio (she was an instructor). I saw on her Instagram that she was was going to teach the Pilates suspension method (PSM), I reached out and discovered I love it. The PSM uses muscles I have never used before but still uses the basic Pilates principles. I was surprised by how many different exercises you can do on the straps. If your looking for some thing different, fun and challenging, I highly recommend PSM with Natasha.
