I was planning a surprise proposal at Whitsundays all the way from Sydney and I had no idea where to start. I had a vision but did not know who to contact or where to start from. I talked to so many vendors and then I came across James!James took the time to genuinely take an interest in hearing out my story and made my vision into a reality. Actually cross that! My newly wedded wife surprised me to an evening organised by whitty vibes and it was absolutely incredible. We got both the savoury and seafood platters which we thoroughly enjoyed. The view was amazing with a sunset to die for and a secluded beach all to ourselves. We had an unforgettable evening together.

JAMES IS A SUPERSTAR! Who makes all our wishes turn true when it comes to dreamy proposals by the beach.James and his team are hopeless romantics who will literally go wayyy above and beyond to ensure every small detail you ask for is delivered beyond your scope of imagination.I had initially contacted James for the Bamboo beach hut but was unfortunately not available for the day. James ensured me that The Hideout would be made to look romantic as ever for the occasion. Lucky enough, someone postponed their Beach hut one day prior and James offered me the upgrade immediately!I requested for a customised message board for the proposal - DONE (Just at a minimal cost)I requested for a cake for two - DONE (was so damn delicious)The day of the event, our flights got cancelled and delayed and I was running 4 hours late. I had booked my packed for 5-6:30 pm, but landed in Proserpine at 4:30 pm, a good 30 mins from the hotel to Check-in and get ready for the big event. I contacted James in desperation not knowing what can be done, he was literally so calm and said, don’t worry Sid, come in when you can and I have it all setup for you.We reached at 6pm and James literally started our 1.5hrs package from the time we reached! WHO EVEN DOES THINGS LIKE THIS.We had the most unbelievable picnic setup on boat-haven beach amongst the picturesque sunsets ever. Of course she said a YES to that dream!I cannot thank James and the team at Whitty Vibes enough for being so kind hearted and ensuring such a personal touch to their process. Highly recommend Whitty Vibes, was such an amazing experience. The booking process was easy and James was very accommodating. The picnic was stunning, such an amazing location, I booked The Bohemian package for my mums birthday present, her and her partner loved it!

This was the perfect way to celebrate a 30th Birthday. Great value for money! Maddy and James were always a pleasure to deal with and always went out of their way to help me create the perfect moment. The location they chose and the picnic set up was absolutely stunning. Everyone can’t stop talking about it! Would definitely book again

What an experience that is so deserving of 5 stars!My friends and I arrived at the location and could not be happier with how the set up looked. All the details from the table setting to the decor, fairy lights and the cheese platter was all so pretty!Communication was fast. The platter was delicious and generous- there were different selections of cheeses, crackers. We ended up not finishing all the food in our group. It is BYO drinks so make sure to bring prior. They do provide an ice bucket.The only tiny critique I have was: that it would’ve been preferable to have access to more toothpicks and serving utensils as we were 6 girls. I know I would have no issue with this if it was just me and my partner.My extra tips as well would be to bring: sunscreen, insect repellent, hand sanitizer and a portable speaker if you were wanting music to go along with the experience. I would also pay for the extra covering/shade over your picnic depending on the time you decide to schedule. We found that even though we arrived closer to 5pm that the sun was still harsh until sunset. This way you will be able to fully enjoy your picnic.Thank you so much for this memorable experience Whitty Vibes! Definitely would book again if I am in town!

One of our best memories from Airlie Beach. The staff accommodated a late request and went above and beyond. Magical evening made possible by these guys. We did a Bamboo Beach Hut with 2 kids... they tailored a sweet plater for us which was demolished with a wine we brought along. Perfect.

Posting on behalf of Simon, our Son.Words failed me! What a truly wonderful surprise! Everything was perfect! Si bought a couple of bottles of bubbly with him. We walked along the beach and came across this little piece of heaven! Nor enough space to write our experience. Wonderful.
