Scratchers Nail Boutique Bulimba

I have been seeing Suzie at Scratchers since we moved to Brisbane. She has transformed my nails and I wouldn't go anywhere else now! The salon is clean, Susie is thorough and creative (she's even got me trying new things!) and the chats are great. Would highly recommend!

Love this place because even though I get artificial nails, they treat my real nails with care- when most places destroy them. They also look extremely natural, not think and clunky like most artificial nails. I highly recommended them!!

Amazing experience here, the technicians are really gentle and the application was easy and hassle free. Good range of colours to choose from and decent price.All the ladies working were super friendly and great to talk with while the work was being done. Will definitely go back.

This is the BEST nail salon I have ever been to! Suzy is a fantastic nail artist, perfect nails every time. Lots of colours to select from, which is always the hardest decision. I walked into this nail salon and no reservation at all.I sat down with the lady taking off my current nail polish - when another lady asked me if i had an appointment and what my name was. Unfortunately, i did not have an appointment and had to leave due to that so i had left the nail salon at bulimba with three of my nails without any colour.i thought it was rude and unthoughtful as they could've at least finished the job of taking off my colour instead of just leaving me with three undone nails.i will not be coming back and poor form

Never going back. When I first walked I was not greeted and instead rudely asked if I had an appointment, I said yes and she told me to sit down and wait. I then waited 45 minutes after my scheduled appointment to sit down at the nail techs desk, no apology for the delay. I then showed the nail technician the design I want and she looked at me annoyed. When she started my service I noticed many red flags but decided not to mention them as a know some nail salons have different methods. When she begun on the design I realised that she was not doing it how to picture looked and I told her and she got annoyed at me, she clearly hadn’t looked at the photo properly. When my hand flinched because the UV light was painful, she yelled at me to stay still and squeezed my hang tighter. She made no effort to start conversation with me, even though she was happily chatting to other customers, this salon only cares about its frequent clients and no new customers. The design was not at all what I wanted but I was hesitant to tell her because of how rude she was to me. After 1 week the first nail came off, along with it came off several layers of my natural nail, for almost $90 I expected better. All the technicians were grumpy middle-aged women. If you are looking for cheaper, higher-quality, and long-lasting acrylic nails go to Nail Fairy on Oxford street, and for anything else go to Touch of Grace on Hawthorn Road. I will never be coming back

Love getting my nails done here, Suzie is amazing at keeping my nails healthy and looking beautiful. Always on time and wonderful customer service. Salon is clean and welcoming. So nice to have a chat and relax! Would not go anywhere else :)

I got the nicest French manicure today from the lovely Suzie! She really knew her stuff and wanted to make sure I got the best type of manicure to suit my nails. Will definitely be back!
