Brad Hunter spent time with me today (via FaceTime) to realign the sliding doors on Fitzroy tracks. He was super helpful and patient while I adjusted the doors. The product is very good having been installed 20 years ago and now being adjusted, will keep going for years to come

Incredible service and quality from Charles Marshall. Our 20 year old sliding door track needed some urgent TLC and the team from Charles Marshall came to the rescue. They still had all our details on their records. Amazing attention to detail from Brad had our heavy sliding door working again, good as new! Brilliant product. Fantastic after sales support (even 20 years later!!!). Such a rare thing in this day and age. If you are thinking about installing sliding doors, Charles Marshall tracks are THE BEST there is. What a great Aussie company!!!!
