Mooloolaba Beach Pharmacy

I love this place! Not only as a chemist. They have lovely options for a gift OR just to have a happy chat. They really care for our community and are really friendly. However NOW I testify how great customer service they offer as well: I bought my COOLCABANAS there (which I LOVE now) and it got broken on the first time I was trying to use . I went back to the Mooloolaba Beach Pharmacy and they provided me a new one with no stress. It is a $200 product. This shows how serious they have are with customer service!!

My 3.5 year old daughter got her ears pierced at this pharmacy and we had to take the earrings off the next day because it was not centred. Both ears piercings were off and we had to wait that it heals up before piercing again at another place. The lady who pierced her ears did it standing, like she wasn’t looking, she wasn’t in front of the ear lobes when she did it so she couldn’t do a good job, of course!! She wasn’t wearing gloves. I wouldn’t recommend that place for piercings.

Absolutely stunning pharmacy architectural design and 5 Star customer service.Hands-down has to be one of the most luxurious-looking pharmacies I have ever seen in Australia; everything is in pristine condition and is spotlessly clean & organised.It truly looks like a trendy boutique store that you’d find on Maddison Avenue in New York City (and I’ve been there before).I was surprised on my first visit to their newly refurbished store to see so many high-end products that are suitable for gift-giving within a pharmacy - as a local to Mooloolaba, it makes it easier for me to buy quality gifts for family & friends without having to venture to a busy shopping centre.Each time I have been to this pharmacy, the staff have been extremely friendly and supportive - which means so much these days and really lifts my spirits.Jo the Pharmacy owner is such a delightful & efficient pharmacist and is extremely knowledgeable when it comes to sorting out one’s medication needs - including helping me to find out the best times in the day to take each of my medications.I really enjoy having a yarn with her whenever I visit the store.If you’re new to the Mooloolaba/Alex Headland/Maroochydore/Buderim area on the Sunny Coast, a long-time local, or a tourist, I would highly recommend paying them a visit - and see for yourself what I’m talking about.Cheers,David

Every single time my daughter went into this pharmacy she said that this woman named kate follows her around the shop and doesn't take her eye of her and. This has happened many times. my daughter feels uncomfortable and she has done nothing wrong. the assumption of young teenage girls these days is horrible and disrespectful. one of my daughters friends is Brazilian and she felt racially attacked, because my daughter had gotten a sample from another worker in the shop and Kate didn't give my daughters friend one. I've had many people talk about Kate to me before and it seems to be a problemI'm sorry I felt the need to come on here and explain to everyone about how I feel about this because this isn't the first time this has happened.

One of the sales staff at the pharmacy, Kate, follows and watches everything that teenagers in there do she follows them and stands around right next to them watching them , every time my daughter has gone in there she has been followed by her, the same thing has happened to multiple people from her school. my daughter feels like she cannot go into the shop anymore, it makes her feel uncomfortable and targeted. Kate stands right next to them pretending to do something whilst she watches them, it is terrible how differently she treats adults compared to teenage girls. they are being targeted even though they have never stolen, and have given her no reason to believe they will. This women needs to be fired.

This pharmacy was lovely. When I walked in the young girl at the door was so nice and really helpful. The piercing looked amazing and I had a wonderful experience.

Great range of beach products and excellent service!Pharmacists were easy to talk to and so helpful with our medication.Kate was very friendly and knowledgeable when finding the right routine for my skin type - will absolutely be back.

Staff are amazing. Katie was extremely helpful and knew just the right product for me. I was looking for a natural product as I didn't require medical advice or treatment for the issue I was having. The shop is extremely clean and well stocked with friendly, courteous and knowledgeable staff. It's certainly a great asset to Mooloolaba, and being on the esplanade, I highly recommend this pharmacy to residents and visitors alike.
