I feel very satisfied with the service here. When she tattoo my eyebrows, she did it very carefully. I will work here for a long time.

I went there for remedial massage ( shoulder & neck ). Tracy really good understanding what the client needed.My shoulder and neck was stiffness after I did massage twice, make it a lot better. Definitely be back again.

This was my first time having my eyebrows tattooed. I was very nervous. No need to be,as Tracey put me at ease straight away.I found Tracey to be very professional andwarm. She answered all my endless questions and thoroughly explained the choice and services I could have. My expectations were more than met. The shape and colour of my brows were better than I imagined. Tracy was amazing.Due to having brown spots on my lips, Tracy neutralised my lips before putting a gorgeous pink shade on. Tracy was steady, took her time to get it perfect and was patient when I needed numbing cream. I’m excited for my lip blush tattoo to be completely healed and to go for my necessary touch up session. I had my ombre brows done today by Tracy who was so professional and accommodating right from the beginning. It is obvious that Tracy values quality and spares no expense on this wonderful small businesse. Tracy's friendly manner, exceptional customer service, lovely home studio, after care pack and even high quality business cards demonstrate that she has put care and consideration into her customers full service from beginning to end. My eyebrow shape and colour look fantastic and I'm really looking forward to seeing the final result in 6 weeks. Couldn't recommend this business enough!!

Will not listen and does exactly what she likes - not what you ask for. I asked over and over again for natural brown pink, she kept on saying No, you need Vibrant pink. 6 weeks later I have bright pink lips but apparently it’s “my body’s reaction” which “can’t be predicted”. Hey guess what? I predicted if you put bright pink on my lips, they’ll turn out bright pink. Now the therapist is offering to add red to my lips! What the heck? I give up.
