These guys are just great..we had a difficult move from brisbane to the Sunshine Coast with a really challenging driveway to navigate at the end. They were awesome..worked as a team and had a great attitude. Everything about them impressed me and it made our move really easy. this is the fifth time i have used caloundra removalists (don't judge me for moving that often) and in all those moves, i have NEVER had one glitch. they are the consummate professionals when quoting, communicating, packing, uplifting and delivering. their teams are second to none and, when i have to move again next year (again, don't judge) i will be contacting scott immediately to book in! they respond to messages in a timely manner, their correspondence is detailed, they tolerated my questions with respect and they were on time every day. Their pricing is reasonable and their professionalism is unwavering, especially under ridiculous conditions like having to hike up and down four flights of stairs for the uplift and move in torrential rain. i know i sound too enthusiastic and possibly even unrealistic but i need you to know that they are amazing.

They lost our TV unit on a multi-move and said there was no lost property and that there is no way they could have lost it.It was only due to the threat of reduced payment that they bothered to even look for, and ultimately find the TV unit at their warehouse and delivered it, covered in oily grime and dirt where I spent half an hour cleaning it.The admin staff were very aggressive about the whole thing (the removalists were pleasant enough), until of course they found the unit, at which point they were very sheepish.We also had quite a few items with minor damage. Dents, scratches etc…

I used Caloundra Removals after a friend recommended them to me. Moved from Melbourne to the Sunshine Coast. Thank you to Rowan and the team. The process was very smooth. I had many confirmation phone calls and all my questions/emails answered promptly. All my goods were packed in the truck safely and arrived in perfect condition, bonus they even helped set up some of the big items. Highly recommend!!

All boxes and items were labelled/listed and there were NO damage or breakages. Both crews for uplift and delivery were friendly, careful and great to deal with.HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

I originally chose Caloundra Removals for my move from the Sunshine Coast to Brisbane back in June for their glowing reviews. Initially, this would have been more stars weren’t it for my experience following completion of the move.The actual removalists who did the hard work and admin team that I dealt with were lovely and did a great job.I have a large tv that I insured and it was damaged during the process, rendering it completely useless. I took a photo as soon as I could and sent it off with a kind email.I was met with responses from the General Manager, Michael Craig, who made it clear that he thought I was making this up and pointing fingers. I made it clear that I didn’t place blame on anyone, that I understand it is a big and fragile tv, and that I just wanted to get the claim sorted as soon as possible.After a couple of emails, Michael then decided to ghost me. I followed up with more calls and emails for about a month before taking the matter in to my own hand and going to the insurance company directly.I am here 2.5 months later finally having my claim approved with thanks to the actual insurance company for being so helpful.Should you use Caloundra Removals for your relocation? Sure, if you don’t have valuables. Otherwise, expect to be ignored when there are issues.

The service was outstanding, Excellent communication from Scott, highly orginised, prompt and items arrived very fast, safe and at the exact time as promised.
